We at Temple Israel Hebrew School are committed to providing our children with a comprehensive Jewish education, including the study of Hebrew, Torah (Bible), Shabbat and Holidays, and the history of the Jewish People.

We believe that a child's religious education extends beyond the classroom: Children learn from our deeds as well as our words.  Our school program is a partnership among the synagogue, the home, the rabbi and the teachers who provide our children with a quality of Jewish education.  We want the children to model their religious behavior by living an active, committed Jewish life, which should include worship and deeds of kindness in their daily lives.

Our Hebrew School offers Jewish education for grades K through 7.  If you have any questions, please contact the Hebrew School office at (516) 432-1783 or e-mail us at . (note: In order to protect ourselves from spam, you will not be able to click on this address).
